Mini Wreaths
	Materials needed:  Small amount of worsted weight yarn in any type of Christmas colors.  Size G crochet hook.  One inch plastic ring.  12 inches of ribbon 1/8 inch in red or green.  Yarn needle for weaving in ends. Round 1:  With plastic ring, slip stitch in ring, chain 1, 20 sc in ring.  Join with sl st to 1st sc. Round 2:  Ch 1, sc in same st, ch 3.  ** skip next st, sc in next st, ch 3.**  Repeat ** around.  Join with sl st to first sc. Round 3:  Sl st in 1st ch 3 sp.  Ch 1, sc in same st, ch 3.  **sc in next ch 3 sp, ch 3**  Repeat ** around.  Join with sl st to 1st sc. Round 4:  Sl st in 1st ch 3 sp.  Ch2, Work 5 hdc in same sp and each ch 3 sp around.  Join with sl st to 1st hdc. Round 5:  Ch 1, sc in same st, ch 2.  **skip next st, sc in next st, ch 2**  Repeat **around.  Join with a sl st to 1st sc.  Finish off and weave in all ends. Finishing:  Weave ribbon through ch 3 spaces from round 3.  Tie in bow.  Trim ends.  Make loop with ribbon for hanging or glue pin to back for lapel pin. Copyright 2002; Laurie Clark
