| Materials Needed: Small amount of nylon yarn, small amount of cotton yarn. Size H crochet hook. Special Stitch: LiL Shell Stitch: sc, hdc, sc in stitch indicated. First side: With nylon yarn, ch 14 Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across. 13 sc. Row 2-9: ch 1, turn. SC in 1st sc, *skip next sc, in next sc work Lil Shell (sc, hdc, sc in same stitch), skip next sc, sc in next sc* Repeat to end with sc in last sc. At end of round 9 finish off. Second Piece: With cotton yarn, ch 14 Repeat rows 1-9. DO NOT FINISH OFF AFTER ROUND 9. Place both pieces together. Round 1: Join together and sc evenly around working 3 sc in each corner. Join together with slip stitch. Round 2: * SC in next sc, skip next sc, work LiL Shell in next sc, skip next sc* Repeat around. Join with slip stitch to 1st sc. Finish off and weave in ends. In the above picture, I added a little handle to make it easier to use. Ch 6, sc in 2nd ch and each ch across (5 sc). *Ch 1, turn, sc in 1st sc, skip next sc, LiL shell next sc, skip next sc, sc in last sc*.
