Hill and Valley Tissue Box Cover
Materials Needed:  about 2 balls of worsted weight cotton yarn, size H crochet hook, yarn needle.

Ch 73

Row 1:  Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across.  (72 sc)

Row 2:  Ch 4 (counts as first tc), turn, dc in next stitch, hdc in next stitch,
sc in next stitch, hdc in next stitch, dc in next stitch, * tc in next stitch, dc in
next stitch, hdc in next stitch, sc in next stitch, hdc in next stitch, dc in next
stitch*.  Repeat from * across.

Row 3:  Ch 2 (counts as first hdc), turn.  dc in next stitch, tc in next stitch,
dc in next stitch, hdc in next stitch, sc in next stitch, * hdc in next stitch, dc
in next stitch, tc in next stitch, dc in next stitch, hdc in next stitch, sc in next
stitch*.  Repeat from * across.

Repeat rows 2 and 3 FOUR times, then repeat row 2 once more.

Finish off.  Join end pieces together and whip stitch together.

Top:  Do a five inch granny square of your choosing.  When doing the
beginning ch of the granny square, ch a few extra so the hole for the
tissue is big enough for the tissue to come out.  Finish off the square and
join with wrong side to side piece of tissue box.  Weave in all loose
ends.  Fit over tissue  box and pull tissue through.
